St Joseph's have been asked to work with a local voluntary organisation, Stacksteads Countryside Park Group, to produce a film about littering and dog fouling in the local area.
Members of the group met with the children in Yellow and Green class before Christmas to discuss their ideas and they would like to come back next week to film the children talking about the problems in their local area.
The film is funded by Lancashire County Council with Holy Trinity Primary School also taking part. The film will be shown to schools throughout Rossendale and will feature on the Rossendale Borough Council website, in the local newspapers, the SCPG website and other social media outlets. A letter has gone out requesting permission for your child to take part; please return by Tuesday 26th January
