Life in Eagles Class.

Eagles class teacher is Ms Walsh. Miss Perkins is our class teaching assistant.

Our wonderful Eagles Class have a jam-packed timetable and have lots of extra responsibilities.

As part of their status of our oldest and most responsible children, we have asked children to attend in a different uniform. This consists of a white collared shirt and a v-neck school jumper.  Children have been presented with their school tie, which they have been taught to tie, and they look super smart.

Our PE day is Monday and children must come to school in their PE kits (white t-shirt, dark shorts and black pumps - tracksuit bottoms and school jumpers can be worn in Winter).

Homework will be set on a Friday and returned the following Friday.  This will consist of independent tasks for English and Maths - this is their responsibility.  The children will also be responsible for practising their times tables and spellings as well as reading regularly.  Reading books can be changed when needed as the children can complete the progress quizzes in class. Children can organise themselves and their independent learning by using their homework diary- bring this to school everyday!

Wednesday will remain ‘Welly Wednesday’ and children will need suitable footwear and a coat when it becomes cold and wet so we can take our learning outdoors! We do have a limited amount of outdoor wear for the children to borrow so you do not need to buy anything.
