St Joseph’s participates in Operation Encompass.
Following the report of an incident of domestic abuse,
school will be advised that the child has been involved.

Last week of term

School breaks up for Christmas holidays next Friday 18th December.

On Thursday it is Wear a Christmas Jumper (or tinsel in your hair) and donate 50p/£1 to Save the Children (no obligation). It is also Christmas Dinner Day – these have already been ordered, all children who are entitled to Free School meals and children in Reception, Y1 and Y2 will automatically have one ordered for them.

On Friday Celebration Assembly takes place at 9.15am; Children who have been taking lessons with Stacksteads Band and those who have been learning recorder with Miss Gooding will be performing. It is also Party Day – there will be parties in class, those children who have a school dinner will be provided with sandwiches to go alongside the party food and there will be a very special visitor.

 

School closes at 1.30pm on Friday and there are no after school clubs.

 

Please remember to bring your wonderful children back on Monday 4th January 2016 at 8.45am
