Mental Health Awareness Week
The Children had fun carrying out different actives which involved them learning about their emotions. The children learnt the importance of speaking and feeling the different emotions.
The focus for Children’s Mental Health Week is “Know yourself, Grow Yourself”
The aim is to equip and empower children, young people and the adults who surround them to embrace self-awareness and explore what it means to them.
The children created their own plant, using different ideas of what they need to help them know and understand themselves and well as grow in confidence and be happy.
