Yellow Class

Welcome to Yellow Class!

Welcome to Yellow Class! We are a mixed year 4 and year 5 class, taught by Miss Gooding, Mrs Kay and Miss Young.

We love being a part of the St Joseph's family and always try to remember our three class rules;

  • be polite
  • be respectful
  • be considerate

On Time Alan is so excited to be in Yellow Class for another week. Well done to everyone who arrives at school on time everyday.

What an EGGciting discovery!

On Tuesday 15th March we made a startling discovery at St Joseph's. The children found a mysterious egg on the playing field and were instructed by the Museum of Strange Objects to investigate. We made our initial observations and then predicted what may be inside. In the afternoon, we wrote our reports which have been sent to the Head of the museum for further exploration. We will let you know when we find out more!

Ancient Greece

We have really enjoyed learning about Ancient Greece; especially our history day when we dressed up and explored some real artefacts.

We have been exploring pitch in science and made our own panpipes.
