This year, our teacher is Miss Kiely and there are 29 of us.  We will be working hard in all our lessons to become masters at many new skills!  We will be learning all about the Romans and how both the Saxons and Vikings also tried to invade our country.

First Aid Training

 

The British Heart Foundation came in to school in November to teach the year 6 children how to deal with lots of first aid situations including cuts, choking and how to perform CPR.

 

     

 

  

Performance Poetry Workshop

 

The year 6 boys were so lucky to take part in a full day workshop with a local performance poet, Ian Bland. They were taught how to write several poems of their own and performed them for the whole school at the end of the day.

 

  

 

  

 

  

 

  

 

The boys all received a poetry book for their amazing work.
